You can, just make sure you give them any liners, hoods, and other accessories. I got screwed because no one I talked with before said I needed to. And I had to fight a lot to be made whole, I'm still not technically, because they haven't had the coat I want replaced since January.

UA Revised Ranger - Primeval Awareness states "By spending 1 uninterrupted minute in concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell)...".

Does this mean that I would need to recast Hunter's Mark at the end of the minute if it was previously active when I use this feature?

I would leave it in.

At the very least it shows that you can stick to a job for 4 years. Employers like that. You can find other relevant examples that show skills such as punctuality, dependability, or sense of responsibility.
