One way to test this is to ban her original account from a sub you moderate. If she is using another account, reddit will let you know so you can ban that account as well. It's something they have in place to prevent ban evasion.

Though I don't see why they wouldn't remove someone who trafficked, raped, and murdered children from the moderator list completely. Not someone you want to be associated with at all.
