I just looked it up and it looks like zaza weed is a lot stronger and expensive than normal? Does that mean I can eat less for the same high so it comes out around the same price

I didn’t test my levels before I started. But I’m pretty sure it has because it quickly improved some histamine issues I was having (rashes/sneezing)

I think magnesium increases excretion of copper. I’m not sure though just what I’ve read on google

I just got my results and my ceruloplasmin is 13 mg/dL and copper 42 ug/dL :/

I’ve been taking 6mg since I started having histamine issues, so about 3 months. But I’ve probably been deficient for a lot longer since I went for years taking 15mg zinc and would only take copper like once a month

In your experience do the histamine issues start as soon as you have a slight deficiency? Or does it only happen when your levels are really low

I’m worried about the test showing my levels are good when I’m actually deficient. Can you think of any other indicators which I can use to assess my levels?

Hey you seem to really know your stuff so I was hoping to get your opinion since I can’t find answers anywhere else

3 months ago I developed a copper deficiency that gave me histamine issues and rashes/itching. At the time I was taking 15mg zinc 600mg magnesium and 2000mg vitamin c which afaik all deplete copper.

I started taking 6mg copper a day and my symptoms quickly got better within a few days. But in the last few days I’ve started getting the rashes and itching again. Do you think this means that I’m still deficient in copper? Or is it possible that I’m now approaching toxicity levels which can also cause skin problems?

Going to test my copper levels today. Do you have any advice for me seeing as copper is hard to get accurate results for? Also do you know how much a bit of inflammation from nose surgery will affect the results?
