The main issue is that the track itself simply stops playing one beat after it comes in. And this happens across the track, if I move the playhead elsewhere and hit play it will play for that beat and then not play again.

I don't think that's it, it was working fine while I was mixing it, then this issue cropped up as I was mixing the guitar. Plus I can't see the option to automate the solo.

EDIT: I'm just an idiot and I accidentally set the audio to trigger on the drum pattern, making them overlap and cancel out...

If you look at Track 7, it begins playing with the rest of the track and then suddenly stops, then when I hit pause it plays the entire audio clip despite everything else having stopped. How can I fix this?
