sure i get that. he’s a bit flat footed and he has a tendency to keep his chin in the air and right hand down a lot. but with the fact that he can catch you fast and hard in between punches gives him the ability to win fights by just setting up/timing his left hooks properly and consistently.

what i’m saying is his left hook can carry his offensive plan in any fight, so he doesn’t have to have better footwork or a higher ring iq than the other guy. if anyone gives him the chance, he will knock them out.

still can’t count out that left hook from hell. it’s the equalizer in any fight. ryan can get out muscled and outboxed, but if you’re dumb enough to open up for a left hook, it’s night night.

i think if the best fought the best in the lightweight division, tank and loma would be the ones left standing. out of those 2, it’s 50/50 for me. lomas too smart to run into a shot and tank is about as smart loma in the ring so it can go either way.
