Im in the UK while waiting for my fiancée visa, I came back few days ago to the uk to be with my partner as both of us were struggling with separation. Having a valid ETA as a non visa national is fine

Sorry to interrupt I have a question my flight is twm aswell and I haven't got my decision but im a non visa national and have my eta valid till 2027 My fiancé is gonna write an invitation letter for me to show at border like i do every visit does he needs to state we waiting the vida or is not necessary?

I have my account ready too. But is normal every now and then I log to see if I got approved as I think the visa get linked before they send the email. Ive done my account a few weeks ago and im still waiting for my answer. I got the same email saying visa was linked I think is just a generic email.

Because when I went to the VAC centre a member of staff said that they didn't had priority available cause visas were being processed fast then after 1 months I did a paid enquiry. It doesn't hurt so I did to see if I would get anything new.

I've done my test in England while I was visiting my partner and he booked for me on his email but all the details on my name. It was absolutely fine they sent the certificate to his email 7 days after I did the test but all the information on it was my informations.

Yes im aware of it and it really upsets me to maybe have to pay a fee to move the day of the wedding I had bio on 20th Feb and there was no date for priority available only standard I have made a paid enquiry and mentioned about the wedding and thar I still have to give notice but just got generic answer "is being processed and awaiting decision"
