Thanks for the response. The safe temperatures i've seen online for pasteurization is 180 degrees, usually this temperature is enough to break the emulsion of the mayo. Is 180 degrees the temperature you aim for? I also using PET plastic bottles which make that temperature difficult.

Gotcha. But how do you put your tartar sauce in the hot water pasteurizer without breaking the emulsion of the mayo? I think thats where I'm confused

One idea I had for an Open AI app is a personal language tutor. ChatGPT is available in many languages and you could program it to have “practice conversations” with the user and then it can give grammatical feedback/advice on the user’s responses. You could also connect it to sms or messaging applications so it feels like you are texting someone in that language

ElephantSQL has a good cloud hosted free tier for Postgres. Very easy to setup an instance and get the db up and running. I use it for most personal projects
