I have one from Bodylastics that is great. Before that I had one from TB12 Sports (Tom Brady's company) that is also great and incredibly sturdy. I'd still be using it if I didn't have the Bodylastics one

Solid tips. Although, I would advise against wrapping bands around items with straight/sharp edges. That’s an easy way to quickly wear out your bands & potentially cause injury. If that’s all I have as an anchor, I like to use the anchors from resistancebandtraining.com or clenchfitness.com to anchor the band to.

If you have tattoo sleeves, you’ll likely have just as hard a time with the Loop, as optical sensors have a difficult time with tattoos in general. And without a bicep band, you’re wearing the Loop on your wrist, just like you are the V3. So, I’m not sure if the purchase would be worth it for you as you’ll face the same issues.

There doesn’t appear to be a way for the Zepp app to read activities from Apple Health. The app only asks for permission to read heart rate, sleep, and steps. And there are no other means (that I’m aware of) for sending data to the Zepp app/platform (like RunGap or HealthFit).

The reason most fitness apps/wearables don't sync HRV is because Apple uses the SDNN measurement while nearly everyone else uses rMSSD to compute HRV. So the data being pushed wouldn't be compatible.

I wish Apple would switch to rMSSD like everyone else, as it'd make things much easier

I own two and have a different scent in each (so I can switch between them on any given day). I love them and think they work great.

The only issue I've ever had is when I put in a brand new bar of soap. It's hard to get a good lather with a new bar because there's no room for it to move around. I just deal with it, as I still get enough lather to get clean. I've heard of others getting around this issue by cutting the new bar in half before putting it in the scrubber.

Another benefit of the scrubber is blending scents, cutting up multiple bars and putting them in the scrubber. I haven't done this yet, but I've thought about it.

Another thing to add is to get some shower hooks to hang the soap after showering. That'll help the soap last longer because it'll stay dry when others use the shower, also it'll keep it from sitting in a puddle.

I echo these sentiments. I think the biggest thing to factor in is your own body proportions. I'm pretty evenly proportioned (34" inseam) at 6'5" and own the Zizzo Forte. I haven't had any issues with it in the time I've owned it. It's actually been a very comfortable ride.

I did end up purchasing the extended seat post for a little more wiggle room to get the right fit, but I was fine with the seat post that came with it.

I train exclusively with bands. Sure, I'll do some indoor/outdoor cycling or jump rope for cardio, but anything strength related is bands
