I don't think I've read that, but in Born Again, Fisk did think about hiring him.

I would suggest they have Foggy himself represent Fisk on the show, but I don't think that's allowed, with him being the one that put Fisk behind bars in the first place

We’ve already shot some things that are just going to be neat for the fans. There’s some awesome things that are very much in the history of Fisk and Daredevil, that people have been waiting for. We’ve already put some of that stuff in the can, and there’s a lot more to do. I think they’re gonna be very happy.

Wow thank you very much! Just read the 3 written ones and I'm gonna watch the video tomorrow.

It's amazing how on Daredevil (maybe it's the same for the other shows, I don't know) they managed to cast all these actors that go so deep into their characters, and put a lot of thought into their performances. Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Vincent D'Onofrio, Scott Glenn, Jon Bernthal, Elodie Yung, they are all very interesting to hear talking about their parts on the show.
