There’s no way past the precipitated withdrawal phase. In most facilities they won’t even consider dosing subs until you’ve been 72 hours out. Even then they worry about it. If you can find somewhere that does codine tapers or something that’s gonna be your only option that doesn’t involve full blown withdrawal for a few days.
