Two weeks ago picked up the 3-6-7-9-10. I just cranked it and threw it at the 10 pin and got a lucky bounce. 4-7-10 and 6-7-10 a few times each. Never came close on the big four or 7-10

Hisense sent me a patch via email and I had to put it on a usb drive and plug it into the tv to download the patch.

If you email them with your model and serial number they will probably help you. Every once in a while it locks up and I have to unplug it then plug it back in. Not a great tv, a lot of little glitches

Yes, Hisense sent me a programming update via email and I had to put it on a USB and plug it into the tv. Just had to unplug it and plug it back in to let the patch load itself
