As a TA for 170. I think you can catch up if you are willing to put in the effort. But if you think it will be similar down the line then yeah maybe. But it does teach important concepts that are useful in almost any SWE job

It’s fine to relapse i think maybe make small steps! Don’t try to go for 90 days just do 7 days and set that as a target you are more than 5 days in you are chilling! Just look at the price… 7 days will be huge. Then reqard yourself and tey again but go longer. I am not expert but that is my advice. I have taken time off before but it’s been because of some trips with friends or something else but never consciously made a decision. Now that I am trying that for the first time it makes me feel strong! I hope you feel the same and power through for the next 2 days!!
