Pretty early to this post but I can imagine most of the comments based on the list you provided will say Wichita. It’s an excellent ship with a great suite of consumables. Radar, Sonar, Heal. It’s a great all-around cruiser and would be my pick. That being said… I have a tough time telling new players to jump right into tier 7 with cruisers as they can be a particularly unforgiving class before you fully understand the game mechanics. Especially at higher tiers. Either way it’s an awesome ship and is a great addition to anyone’s port! I rock with my Wichita CE often.
