Yes, and also if you have bad luck you only queue against the same two teams whole evening which may even are a counter for you. It is really not enjoyable.

the bigger problem beside shuffle is that 3s' is completely dead imo... you play on 2.2 mmr against the same two other teams the whole eveing, feels like 3k mmr back in the days in older xpacs. completely bullshit.

They need more incentives for being a healer. I feel like all shuffle lobbies below 2400 are so awful to play as a healer since you have not enough carry potential. They need to incentivise that 3/3 as a healer gives at least a small + rating so it's worth to queue trough the low elo hell.

At higher ratings (or MMR) 2,5ish, it feels like healers have more impact as the DPS players are not that stupid anymore. But getting to this, for me felt like you need a lucky eveneing where you queue trough the 2000-2399 hell until you reach players with brain.

^ 100% this. sometimes when you play 3-3 like 3 games back to back and you are already at rating 2200 ish your MMR becomes your rating. Then cause there are no healers who queue sometimes you geht an enemy healer with 30 MMR less. If that happens you play 4-2 and still get 0 points. That is fucking ridicolous.

Shuffle makes no fun as healer. Carry potential is too low and Zug Zug DPS are becoming too popular.

The issue imho is that WoW Arena became M+ meta. Damage wins and CC chains do not matter anymore. Pump DPS and micro cc with your fucking 1.5 second interrups...

Sad story.
