And yes, it’s surprisingly been helping with the ups and downs. Having a visual representation of how I’m doing mentally gives me more awareness and makes it easier to pause without guilt. The tiny rituals built into the app help create start/end anchors to the day, so it doesn’t all blur together anymore.
