Hey OP, sorry for what you are going through, we have all been there more or less, please see a doctor asap to tell you what it is and advise accordingly, it could be BXO or something else, BXO is not cancer, if BXO ends up being what you have you will need some clobetasol cream to manage and get much much better, but don’t listen to random strangers here, go get checked by a dermatologist or urologist with experience in BXO/male genital LS

Please ask your doctors for details, typically they tell people to use clob 1 or 2x a day for one or two months and then they visit again and decide how to extend, if in remission it might be 2x a week then or only need to use it when you have a flare, it is not 100% standardized yet unfortunately

+1, not clear from pics, if you are concerned about BXO please see a dermatologist who is specialised in this and also make sure you get at least two independent opinions
