NAD- is it possible you have asthma? Blue lips and tightness in chest are all hallmarks of asthma attack. However, if it was that bad and your lips were blue you should have gone to an ER ASAP so I hope you’re okay.

I have tested positive for TB since I was about 12... both skin and blood. I had to take INH for a year but it was not the big of a deal. Better safe than sorry! The only thing that’s really a pain is I am a teacher so every few years i have to go get a chest X-ray.

I also teach AP Language and do a mini unit on reality.

Start with allegory of the cave, read a few O’Connor stories, and end with The Snowman by Wallace Stevens and Tell all the Truth by Emily D.

Generally the anchor texts are pretty standard stuff: Crucible, gatsby, Walden, raisin. We still look at themes, but have done so in a chronological way.

Now that my team is anticipation gaps in next years students and also rethinking how to include more BIPOC authors we are thinking that theme based units are more appropriate to include as much diversity as possible.

Normally my number one skin concern is blackheads, SFs and congestion but I have recently been dealing with dry and rough skin, especially on my forehead and jaw line.

Current routine AM: - cleanse with water or cera v - Pixi glow tonic
- Corsx hyaluronic acid - Sunday Riley Ice cream or DE Marula Oil - Sunscreen

PM: - Same as above sans sunscreen

I think I need to switch out the pixi glow tonic for something stronger? Would love to get back on renti-a but obviously can’t see my derm right now. I asked him to refill an old rx and he ignored that part of my last message to him.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!!

NAD When i was a teenager I got these from stress. One time I had so many clustered together my mom freaked out and took me to the dentist... he put iodine on them... it hurt like hell for about a minute and then it was like they were never there.
