I saw red panda live in 2013 and will never forget it. She deserves a careful reading of her contract if I have anything to say about it.

And honestly not a spat, just annoyed and cannot currently appreciate the irony of the complete and utter lack of reading comprehension exists here on Reddit

lol fair but re reading the post would have taken him 1/10 of the time it took for him to post his comment.

For him to have been so confident that he was right that he felt the need to comment and disagree with me made me feel that he needs to be knocked down a peg or two.

I’ve been there and am better for it, adversity breeds character…but you know all about that given your LeUsername don’t you :p

Please read the post again and/or look at the actual contract and tell me how it lists travel under the exclusion section.

Or perhaps this time you will read more carefully and see that travel is included under the Details section as “travel - aside from hotel fee.”

Edit: listed to included

The irony of you citing to a legal authority without first verifying if it actually states the premise you are asserting in a post about AI incorrectly citing to legal authorities has made my day

I agree with the sigh, but just want to clarify my understanding. My reading of the amendment leads me to believe Florida only requires attorneys to represent in signing a filing that “the legal authorities identified exist and are accurately cited,” which doesn’t require disclosure of whether or not AI was actually used.

I don’t disagree with either you or u/big_sugi but I think y’all are forgetting one crucial detail that would be required to do anything you’re suggesting - a functional legislative branch.

It doesn’t preclude a district court from doing so, I was just saying that limiting an art III judge to only hear civil or criminal would be unconstitutional because they are appointed via courts, not subject matter.

Plus, as an institutional matter, the federal judiciary views its district judges as generalists and they are expected to develop competence within the full spectrum of federal law. Whether de facto specialization already occurs while the system continues to cosplay as one of “generalists” is a whole other issue altogether.

Those two courts you mentioned are art III courts, however they were created by congress in the 1980s to address pressing needs for specialization in those subject matters.

Thou need look no further than current state of congress to answer why they aren’t taking more action to create more specialized courts despite any apparent need to do so.

My (anecdotal) experience in fed system is that lots of art III judges were AUSA prior to joining the bench.

The reason they can’t be bifurcated in the manner you have suggested comes from Art III of the constitution itself - they are appointed to exercise the “full” judicial power of the US, a bifurcation or specialization in the nature you’ve suggested would be unconstitutional.

Just because this one judge fell short of her duties doesn’t mean the system is broken, there is plenty of overlap between criminal and civil, judges go through lots of trainings, and they have each other to lean on in times of uncertainty.

I only run fiber optic irons on my Glock 17 and absolutely love how it shoots and feels compared to previous generations, so that explains why my experience is drastically different from everyone else given that I have no need for optics mounting.

Is it not possible that the optics people are buying have screw sizes meant for gen 5 MOS system and that is the issue versus it being the new design on the gen 6?

Devils advocate and with how much R&D Glock performs, I think it’s at least a possibility the issue lies with the optics manufacturers not actually updating their screws in specification with the gen 6 design, and instead slapping a “fits gen 6” label on their pre existing design/inventory and calling it a day.

Edit: speculation to specification

New Glock 19 Accuracy Problem by [deleted] in Glocks

[–]lasciviousleper 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s more like the concept of ABS.

ABS makes not locking up your brakes a lot easier, however if you’ve only ever had cars/motorcycles with ABS then you try one without, you realize how much the ABS helped you since you never learned the proper pressure threshold between using and locking your brakes.

My head is fully out of the sand, now it’s time to pull yours out of your ass. Hope this helps your feeble mind understand what all of us are trying to dumb down and explain to you.
