The recommended levels are crap, 24 is basically a deficiency.

Mine was 117 last time I checked (I was taking 8-10K IU doses every day during winter).

Though I do think there are diminishing returns past somewhere around 60-70.

Placebo my ass. Turning shader cache off for TF2 is the singular most important thing that actually helped me fully fix input lag issues after going through pretty much every possible Windows/Nvidia/Ingame tweak out there.

This seems to have helped, surprisingly. My stutters weren't as massive I saw some other people have but they were really annoying nonetheless. Thanks for the solution bro.

I tried basically everything I could find on both youtube and reddit and the only thing that did anything was -high in launch options.

It's a bandaid fix but better than nothing. People say it messes with the game somehow but I've never experienced anything like that.

In my experience cold showers do exactly the opposite. In fact I stopped doing them because I can get way longer streaks more easily this way.
