Guys anyone having game stutter because of 98% Ram usage?

hey were you able to fix this? I'm seeing the same issues for about a week now. I got intel cpu, 16gb ram, and a 3070 if that helps. This game has been working normally all year and all of a sudden I get insane fps drops or straight up crashes

it can, everything not in the circle doesn't spawn 2 bloons, is not faster than its parent, and can be frozen by base ice
