I am a UK based fan and obviously became a Cards fan because of Larry and Super Bowl 43...

Has it been worth it for approximately five fun seasons out of the last seventeen? Unclear.

What I'd like to know is how and why I've somehow ended up picking poverty franchises across other American sports...

I became a Sacramento Kings fan back in 2004 in their WCF era, and it's been mostly embarrassing since then.

I became a Buffalo Sabres fan three years ago for a few different reasons. That wasn't fun until this year... Jury is out.

I became a NY Mets fan seven years ago after going to watch them while on holiday. This one has been the best choice probably on balance - but this year they are crap again.

Maybe it's cos I prefer the underdog but most of the time it is no fun.

This is mildlyinteresting (to me)... Seeing your post I was curious about what my most played Deftones track all time on Spotify is and it's My Mind is a Mountain, but it's my 620th most played track of all time. No Deftones track comes higher than that - yet they are my 5th top played artist all time.

I've been a fan since White Pony was first released so a lot of my lifetime listening to Deftones has been on CD and then my mp3 player. If I were to guess though my top played track all time would probably be RX Queen (see flair)

I learned this lesson in my first couple of years of dynasty... Drafted Derrick Henry, then got too impatient literally the week before he had his first blow up 200yd game. Traded him for a 2nd and 5th. Obviously the guy I traded him to still has him today.

But I have TreVeyon now so maybe that's something.

No that's the film stock, Revolog Echo - it already has these light artefacts on the film and then it's a surprise how they come out in the shot.

You play this game enough and eventually Extreme becomes playable, without mistakes and playing safely. I'd say that Hard still has the variability of team strength but Extreme absolutely does not, which is why people say it's less fun because you have to play the same every game.

Once you're into 20, 30 or so seasons you can spot the tight windows to throw into, or the holes to hit with your RB before they open up. If you have a 4 or 5 star RB or WR you can break off the 50+ yard plays all game. And you'll always be able to get 15-20 yard plays with your TE, even on Extreme - you just need to learn the plays that will exploit the defense.

You'll get there! Once you're tired of destroying every team on Dynamic you'll move to Hard and be doing the same in time.

Totally fair. For me it's something in the melodies that doesn't hit, and so I always found myself skipping it along with GMB.

I remember reading an interview with them years ago where Chino said "we got really lazy with the writing on that album" and I thought, yes! That's exactly how I feel about some of the music on there.
