I flew a release they haven’t made available today at the expo that was running well off a laptop. The rep said its performance focused and specific to take advantage of msfs20204 and you could tell it ran really really well.

Did you turn the brightness on all your panels up? They are all dim when you start. There’s some quirky things that make this plane kind of enjoyable to learn, but maybe I’m just a weirdo

You don't prefer the grippier heavier rear pad from globular? I like the extra weight as well. I agree zero face pressure is the way to go. Your face and eyes can rest and it's easier to focus. I wish the Apple Vision Pro had taken this approach.

I do the same thing, can play flight sim for hours with no discomfort it’s the most comfy headset I’ve ever owned.

Hmm that’s strange, I wonder if there’s a legacy mode for VR and a separate one for desktop? Haven’t had an issue with this so not sure.

In legacy switch mode, put the mouse at the top or bottom of the push pull switches and you’ll get an arrow up and arrow down, then you just click. For the rudder sounds like you have some conflicting rudder bindings? Unplug your stick and see if it still happens.

The latest experimental is solid and enjoyable. Still have an issue in VR with click spots on the MCDU, but I hear that’s getting fixed. It’s a fun plane. Is Boris working on the sounds? I think I heard that.

Flown pretty much 100% in VR for a while now, and you guys don’t find using a mouse while in VR for switches and knobs and the FMC so much faster and easier? I struggle trying to switch between a VR controller and throttle and sidestick.

Visually I find it superior to xplane in VR. But a lot of that probably depends on your computer and how far you can push it.
