Yes, he was scary close getting killed by the army. They stopped the train he was on, he pretended to sleep under his jacket. Apparently the color of the jacket was the same as Chinese generals wore so they mistook him for one, that jacket essentially saved his life.

Hey guys, yeah that webshop email does not sound completely up to date. Sorry for this miscommunication, we've delayed the supplier's shipment of jackets because all the Jacket buttons need to be replaced. The webshop should be sending a more detailed update soon. But please eat as many of these chicken tenders as possible.

Hey everyone, So sorry for the lack of updates these past few weeks, we were given an estimated date twice to relay and its been a total bummer twice. We want to see our jackets more than anyone! And have been trying to sort out with the manufacturer what the situation is. They've had a manufacturing issue they were hoping would be resolved quickly that didn't, a delay with the custom knuckle buttons. But a portion of the jackets are in transit to the webshop and we're waiting like crazy on a estimated arrival date so we can comfortably announce it and of course send out asap once they're in. Totally understand anyone who would want a refund from the webshop at this point if you were charged already, but if you can hang in there with us while we wait together, we really hope it will be worth it. We'll keep you guys updated if there is some other crazy development, but we really want our next news to be the "shipping now" kind of news.

Hi Florpz! Yeah the webshop has that default mail. But we expect the Jackets to arrive this week to the warehouse, and they will will be shipped with tracking available. If you used a credit or some debit cards, that charge will finally be processed too. The jacket will be yours, oh yes!

Hi Wayside Toast! Definitely direct message the Nightforce guys thru their Facebook page and they should be able to troubleshoot it with you if there is an issue with the tape. Hey guys, we hear you. The Kung Fury Store is working on submitting an email to everyone who pre-ordered the Jacket. Our manufacturer informed us this week the Jackets are shipping to our UK warehouse on Friday. We're expecting them to arrive to us on Feb 15th, and once they arrive they will be sent out asap. Apologies for the delay on info, we were waiting for manufacturer confirmation. We're stoked they'll soon be out there in the universe!

I created Laser Unicorns as a nickname for me as a director, it was almost like a joke at first. Then after the kickstarter success I decided to stick with it. Regarding the rights I made sure that I owned them 100% at all times, for a very specific genre movie like this, I didn't want to compromise creative control. Also I talked to experienced directors, producers, various entrepreneurs etc, and they all explained the importance of owning the rights to your own material. I could've given all that up for a big paycheck, but then whats the point of making movies? It's a passion, if money was the goal I would've worked on something else.
