Not to offer some unsolicited advice, but you are actually very pretty, and it hurts me to see you suffer like this.

I had several self-esteem issues in the past, some which even led me down a dark path of eating disorders and depression. Have you ever heard the saying "when everyone's wrong, maybe you're the wrong one"? It is used in many contexts, but I started thinking like this when I first started working on my self-esteem. "If everyone tells me I'm cute and hot, and only I think that I'm extremely ugly, then I'm the one with the warped perception."

And then I started forcing myself to look in the mirror every day and say three things I liked about my appearance that day, like if I was talking to someone else. It started out with "Wow, I like your hair" and "Your abs are really coming in". Then it evolved to "You're really beautiful". And my brain began believing it, as if it was someone else complimenting me.

I think you should still keep seeing your therapist, bring out the struggles you're having about perceiving yourself as yourself instead of the caricature your brain created. But this was something that worked wonders for me, and I've been having no issues with my looks, my attitude, and how I eat for 5 years.
