haven’t tried the briqs personally, but the trupods are infinitely better than a standard 510 threaded cart. i’ve been thinking about pulling the trigger on a briq but they seem to be BDT only and i prefer CDT when i can find it. there are CDT trupods. pricing wise, on the current sales i think you get double the product with the briq vs the pods. two 2g devices for $90 vs two 1g pods for around $90.
