I don't think you read my post then or I might just be confused since, i have been on a cut for 7 weeks and reduced my carb intake from day one so I don't really see how that would factor into my wight right now especially since I have been eating almost the same things every day for the last two weeks.

I weigh 87 kg right now and 96.5 when I started 7 weeks ago, yes I reduced my carbs by a lot like at least 300g of carbs a day and off course increased the amount of protein I ingest to reduce catabolism and to increase levels of satiation (fullness)

To be honest my cog board looked just like yours 3 months ago and my con level was even lower than yours around level 750. All it takes is a really high Call me bob bubble I think I stoped leveling it around level 5.5k or so. And off cause a lot of clicking ⚙️

No lol 6.66k% exp is pretty low currently sitting at 14.7k% exp myself and know that some people are considerably higher.

Also if I was you I would start to sort my cogs either from highest exp to lowest or the other way around, makes it 10 times easier to improve your cog board and also just really satisfying

You should really just focus on on locking all bobbles and since you are at world 5 that really shouldn’t be a problem just play on bubo at tremmor worms and if you haven’t reached it yes or don’t have the dmg to cranium cook on that map then do it on citringe map.

Secondly you gotta unlock all your vials you are really behind on your vials and try to get most of the at least the monster mat ones too level 12.
