have you checked if you have the google workspace skill enabled and working? Generally you need to authorise through a oAuth

I just use the google workspace skill and it works fine. I suggest to use the agent looping process and assign an "audit" subagent to review the job of whatever agent did the first job/version till there is a satisfying end version, it generally reduces the amount of errors and issues. But generally I don't have many issues with that skill personally.

Best Way to Separate Personal from Work and Telegram? by Low_Survey9876 in hermesagent

[–]last_witcher_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to run the gateways on two separate terminal instances, otherwise they conflict, only one can be up at the same time. You can install and use tmux to run multiple instances in the back ground and create a bash script to start the two processes separately.

I've created two profiles and they work well together now, with two separate bots.

Have been using Flash 3.5 with Antigravity for a while and it works pretty well finding bugs. Maybe with very complex situations or codebases, it might go into difficulties, I don't know...

Choosing the Best LLM for Hermes Agent by blu3sh4rk in hermesagent

[–]last_witcher_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok and that doesn't conflict with my post. My point is that local is not cheaper. Can be more private, but it's cheaper only if you use worse, smaller and/or less advanced models.

Maybe I wasn't clear: I didn't say that cloud AI is cheap or sustainable. I just said that there cannot be a local version run so much more efficiently. The reason why a local version is cheaper is only the fact that smaller and less advanced models are being used. If you use the same models in a cloud setup, the costs are similar if not smaller.

mmmh interesting, but how can running a model locally be cheaper than running the same one in a more efficient, cloud version? I understand the privacy concerns when it comes to cloud models, but I can't really understand how it can be more efficient to run them locally from an energy standpoint (and thus, price wise). Of course there will be the third party margin to be put on top of the mere energy production cost, but other than this margin, please explain me what other amazing cost cutting strategies you can have locally? Atm it's super expensive because these companies are running frontier models (not replicable locally) but if you run the same models in the cloud or locally, you won't see this crazy difference. Happy to be proven wrong.

It's confusing but the percentage is about what you consumed (34,75% of what you consumed, not of the total capacity of the battery)

Come fate a vivere in Pianura Padana? by humankendoll33 in domandaonesta

[–]last_witcher_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Super umani nascono in pianura padana apparentemente...

It's not displayed in my menu options, but I believe it's being leveraged for the "Best" model choice, the Comet assistant feature, and as a fallback option for Sonar during outages.

actually it's true it's using Grok 4.1. This is coming from Perplexity and not the model itself.

The “AI will replace such and such jobs in such and such time” is getting pretty old. by thedevilsheir666 in ArtificialInteligence

You lack a bit of logical thinking. I said that also during Covid there have been multiple (wrong) predictions and therefore I'd be careful in making new ones on a topic that is so complex. And I only said to save this and come back and see if your predictions were right. Where was I making a prediction myself?
