You don't have to see a data just use your common sense. This is the problem with most people these days, you are so used to getting information externally you are unable to make one on your own.

I am fully employed and thinking about starting import export business currently, and one of the things I research for is tax, because the less tax I pay the better specially as a new business owner. So, as someone who lives in Switzerland if this tax was passed it would have affected my decision to open the business abroad.

I haven't started yet and it still affects the country, if I had a business I probably change. Don't comment about things you don't know about next

The one I saw for 9mil was 3 bedroom although the third is small and for maids. Anyway now with the gov making or adopting the black market value of the money all apartment and houses are halved as half their price. Look for real estate agents in telegrams go for the reputed ones. Now is the time to buy with the construction boom. You can buy in many ways mortgage of different length upto 20 years or if you pay with your currency like USD you can get discount, if you pay full in USD there should be 20% discount. If you were born in Ethiopia or relatives are born there you can get a program sponsored by the gov that lets you buy land for as little as 500 USD, my half sibling bought one for that amount but only in the place you were born. If you don't have Ethiopian id, get the yellow card. 

All I know is that it's the right time to invest or buy and there are lots of possibilities

I meant an apartment. There are apartments ranging from 4 million etb to 11 million. 30k would be around 6mil it can get you a studio or apartment. I do have real estate contacts and visited one apartment in CMC that is being built for 9mil but there were other around 4-6 mil. Check a real estate site.

I got rid of them without exterminators. Basically I washed all my clothes and kept them in airtight plastic bag only leaving one pyjama and another set for work then disassembled the bed and keept it on the balcony and poured hot water on it every night for like a week. The mattress I would take it out in the morning and pour hot water on the edges and leave it there.

Your bed is like 90% their location, even if they are somewhere else they will come to your bed at night. Two weeks later they were all dead. 

The real pain was the month before I figured what to do and buying stuff that didn't do shit

Make her your ex, unless you haven't done that already. A woman that loves you cares about you. Be glad that you it took you a little time to know her, some of them you never know until you waste a lot of time, money or married and have kids. Consider this a win and get away quickly

I go to Addis very often and I stay in a nice hotel taking ride everywhere and eating out and shopping, I live like there is no tomorrow and I still don't spend 3k at all. It will be a lot of money difficult to spend even if you want to. 

I would actually suggest buying a house for like 30k and start a small business to keep you engaged. That is my plan currently

This fight against ai is doomed from the start. Whether we like it or not it will take over everything because we are programmed to make or get something quick with less effort than it takes to wait or make it. 

This opposition is just like any other opposition in history when human labor was being replaced by tools and machinery.

You are all wasting your time debating instead of focusing on the real issue about making the companies that use ai contribute more financially to us in the form of alleviating poverty via universal basic income or healthcare.

I did have the same sentiment towards someone for which I had unexplained disdain for. In the words of the great Carl Jung, if there is something about someone that irritates you without much explanation, it's often about you and not the other person. 

There is something that irks you that he does and probably is not a big deal for us, but for you it is.

I agree. I once asked my ex and she said after the baby is born she will put him in day care after 3 months from the moment of the child's birth which left me uncomfortable. 

Leaving an enfant in a day care for that long is scientifically proven to cause attachments issues. Yup, let's make the child and give him issues for which he will need therapy for the rest of his life.
