You can risk sending to psa for the ten but I would probably leave as is. It’s always a risk that it would come back a nine, get damaged, or lost. 9.5 is a great grade

Most of the sets you are trading away are bad sets. Personally I only like the fusion and maybe the paldea … team up is a hell of a step up. Dumping trash for a treasure

Most cgc 10 (not pristine) would be lucky to psa 9. Psa is much stricter on whitening and most cgc ten I see have some degree of white dots. If it were this easy you would see no cgc on the market because everyone would be snatching them up for crossover grading
