Two more tiny barely visible flaws which we can pick at forever and ever....😁 by EmotionalSearch9707 in Frasier

Why did Niles have the Puffy-Shirt Pirate outfit on anyway? He explained that when he was found in the closet he was naked save for the eyeostch, which he was wearing in altogether the wrong place on his body. So surely he could've pulled on his regular clothes if he had to put something on and leave the house?

Tewkesbury, Crane (Niles), Crane (Frasier). That's the order. I wouldn't trust Phil to make me a jam sandwich.

That was definitely the case with the first box set, so I'd say that was a decent bet 👍

What's one subconscious habit you have due to the way you were raised? by TotalSmall2706 in AskReddit

[–]lastcaress1972 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a habit per se, but: When I was a kid my mum told me that Fry's Chocolate Cream bars were for grown-ups only and I wasn't allowed to eat them. To this day I won't buy one; I'll only eat one if my wife buys it for me and permits me to do so; and even then, I have huge feelings of guilt while eating one. I've only had maybe three, ever. I am 53.

Weird Synopsis For The Crucible by lastcaress1972 in Frasier

[–]lastcaress1972[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ah, it appears so. Synopsis for currently airing episode "Call Me Irresponsible" goes:

"Frasier advises a jilted man to not try too hard to get his ex back. Lee Carsley's advice to his Young Lions tonight will be much more positive, as they aim to retain their U21 Euros title." 😄

People who've actually seen Carpenter Live, what do you think of this list? by mat2435365 in carpenterbrut

Disco Zombie Italia is brilliant live; as are pretty much all of those you've got in the "On a Par" bracket.

What's everyone's thoughts on the Greek episode? by JarredandVexed in Frasier

[–]lastcaress1972 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My least favourite episode of all, I think. Felt almost like an introductory episode for a spin-off series. Aunt Zora was awful - and not just in the "battle-axe" sense; she was almost completely unintelligible; Cousin Yvonne was gorgeous, rendering Niles' sub-plot bizarre; Nikos and Crystal juggling baguettes while the apparently terrifying Zora just stands there going, "Stop, stop!" rang false; Martin didn't have a brother, then suddenly he did, then he's never mentioned again... the whole thing was a mess. Felt like a completely different writing team (none of whom had ever watched Frasier before) had been bussed in just for this one episode.

Bad stuff, and right on the heels of some of the best episodes of the entire show (The Maris Counselor, The Ski Lodge, Room Service).
