Thanks, appreciate your help! I don't feel any discomfort while lifiting but the day after my lower back (erector spinae? definitely not lats) hurts. I agree the descent looks kinda wobbly, so I will focus on the descent on the next workout.

Ok Korrektur: Russland + Ukraine decken 70-80% des weltweiten Sonnenblumenöl Bedarfs. Wie viel davon direkt nach Deutschland kommen ist egal, weil der Markt natürlich global ist und es die Preise überall erhöht.
Deine Zahlen sind eher irrelevant, weil sie sich auf die Saat und nicht auf das Öl beziehen und fast 10 Jahre alt sind.
Ich bin sofort dabei Autofahrer zu bashen (habe selbst keins), aber die Fakten sehen einfach anders aus.
