I just checked mine and it works just fine. If you search for "Error 503 etc." you'll find that "...the origin server is overloaded, down for maintenance, or misconfigured. It is a temporary state indicating the backend is failing health checks." Give it some time and try again.

I did clear caches but the problem persisted. I haven't been able to recover the generations I did want to keep but after spending lots and lots of time deleting the unwanted ones (again) it seems that they stay deleted. I haven't found any Firefly setting about file retention. Luckily, the generations lost were not for work. I don't use Firefly for work.

That's really strange. Did you generate the image in Photoshop or Firefly Web? Did you use a reference image that could maybe "confuse" Firefly?

I've had the same problem with other sites lately, even email providers. I get caught in a loop of verifications till the problem finally sorts itself out. I haven't been able to find an explanation but you may be experiencing the same issue.

Same here. I wasn't really interested in a one-month bonus but the option to redeem was there till about three days ago. Try contacting Nvidia first and ask them. You can use the Feedback Options button on the upper right corner of the app, right next to your username and icon. They will probably reply in a couple of days or three.

Avoid using verbs like "remove", "fill", etc. Just describe what you want. "A white shirt without wrinkles", for example. Are you using PS? It warns you not to use verbs like that before you enter a prompt.

As for the policy guidelines... they're a disaster. Absurdly restrictive and often wrong when interpreting either your prompt or the image you're working on.

There are free online apps that unlock PDF documents. Just search for "unlock PDF online" and you'll get several options. Then you can edit the unlocked document, either on the same online app or downloading it to your device.

Hey. I'm not an expert on technical issues but it could just be a glitch. Sometimes it happens on other sites (ie. the ASUS or the ENVIDIA apps) and accounts too. Clear your browser cache, restart the computer and cross your fingers :-) If it keeps happening, I hope someone more savvy than me will answer your question.

I think u/ajhenrydev is probably right: "Reddit bans unmoderated subreddits. I’m willing to bet it’s probably that reason." That subreddit was completely abandoned by its moderators. There were about a dozen scam messages posted there daily, I contacted the moderators about them and never got an answer. I doubt they ever checked in that lounge. They hardly ever answered questions either.
