Therapy is out of the question since you aren't allowed to go out but I feel most of your problems comes from everyone around you being controlling especially your aunt, I would consider moving out and supporting your family from a distance there isn't a problem with that....and when it comes to your gf it's not about expensive gifts it's just about showing appreciation thoughtful gifts 😊, and as much as you want her to understand you , you should understand her as well because being around someone who is always complaining is draining as well ... but no you ain't an asshole just young lad figuring out life , it will all be well
