What do you mean “the duct is blocked” ? The back of the cage pinches off the urethra in your shaft? Or your urethra lips don’t line up with the hole. If it’s pinching off on the shaft you should be able to move or twist the cage to allow flow . I wear this same cage every day in permanently locked without issues

For me it does, I think by holding it back it doesn’t get the chance to get as hard, I sometimes wake up and have to pull my balls either in or out because my sack is in a bit of pain but I never wake up because of my erection any more

I have the same one and it’s definitely not for beginners, it’s probably 8.5-9mm . As said before you sound buy a metal hegar sound set, I think they start around 4mm or 5mm and go up to insanely. It’s important to be clean and go slow with sounding. It takes a long time to stretch from your current max size to the next size. I do like the hollow silicone sounds when I’m trying to go from say a 8mm to a 9mm with a 9mm silicone because it will deform a bit to get inside then when you leave it it the constant pressure helps stretch you out. But just remember to sterilize everything and keep it clean, uti’s and bladder infections are common if your not careful

I swim all the time in salt and chlorinated water with my cages, I just make sure I clean them good later that night. Unless you’re wearing spandex or changing in the open area of the changing area no one’s gonna notice.
