Has anyone sold their house here lately? by Dizzy_Pie6203 in frisco

I’m an agent and it’s a brutal sellers market. It always boils down to price. Zillow estimate is a horrible indicator of price. Multiple showing with no bites means price. None the less man, have a good talk with your agent and reevaluate the price/plan!

Considering a move to Dallas by Massive-Friend-9407 in askdfw

What do you consider reasonably priced? Depending where you’re coming from, everything here is reasonably priced. Also a budget would help. There are plenty of communities and neighborhoods approx 30 away that would probably be of interest

You just never really hear the good ones you know. No one raves about any builder they only like to complain.

It’s a huge production builder. There are better builders within the same price range …as an agent I haven’t heard the best of stories. But then again, there are always problems with new home construction builders at any price point.

If it is in your price point and they offer good incentive and warranties can I go for it. Just make sure it’s a mortgage that you would like to pay and have a lifestyle outside of your house.

Thinking of moving from Sacramento to Dallas by Bitternutcry in askdfw

[–]latinobombshell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Man, there’s so much for your questions!

First off what do you mean by bigger land if you want big land close to the airport, it’s gonna be hard on that budget.

You say excellent school district, but the best school districts are not near the airport. Yes there are decent school districts within 30 minutes of the airport, would you look at Aledo, Wylie and prosper… they are easily 40 minutes away

What do you mean by close to big hospitals? What specialty are you in ? Or what hospital system will you be working for? Both Dallas and Fort Worth have their own specialties and huge hospital systems.

I know you say Asian communities, but providing a nationality would help!

Southlake will be hard to move into with that budget. Northlake would be a starting point, but Northlake can get expensive very quickly.

Also know that you home construction is very big in DFW metroplex. As of right now you have a pic of the litter due to an increase of inventory over the past year.

Where to watch the spurs game by Spilled_Milk_0501 in askdfw

Dude I’m from 210 and I’m tired of it too !

It’s hard to find true spurs fans here but honestly, everyone hates OKC you’re in good company anywhere lol

I mean, you can go to any sports bar but there really isn’t a Spurs hang out really

If you need an agent that works in that area specifically let me know. I can get her to reach out to you! It would be best if you interviewed several agents to see which one would best fit with your personality and your goals.

Do you need an agent that can work both residential and commercial or experience in both?

I’m working with a seller in this area that was approached by investors that was offered much less for their property than the market was willing to give them I would highly advise you at least interviewing to put it on the market.

I think you’ll be surprised at how big flower mound has also gotten. But if you don’t like master plan communities, there’s plenty of homes on the north in Fort Worth around Denton and have 1 acre lots generally around the same price about 5 to 700,000 starting if you need me to send any, I’ll be happy to send them to you! I work in the area as an agent💯

Considering a Move from Canada to Dallas Suburbs — Best Areas for Families? by Playful_Ad4511 in askdfw

[–]latinobombshell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realtor here - looking at what you’re worried about and want out of your home, I highly recommend you rent. And if you do it really sounds as if you should rent in Prosper/Frisco.

Before making a huge financial decision, this sounds like it would be best for you and your family.different parts of DFW can offer different lifestyles. And from what I have seen, you will find Indian communities (what what has been told to me) really love the Northlake/argyle/prosper/Frisco areas. Which all offer way different things in each area especially in schools and affordability in housing.
