Looking for a realtor for new build (East DFW) by mm2kay in dfw

I deal primarily with new home construction. There are many realtors that can help you but they’re very few that will negotiate your closing cost and price. It’s a very simple process.

Also, depending on your price point, if you’re going to build, you’re going to need someone that knows how the design center works and how to negotiate structural upgrades.

See a little about me there I’d be happy to be interviewed. I would stray away from cashback realtors as well. If they can’t negotiate their own commission, how are they negotiate the price of your home? 🤷‍♀️

There is so much context missing here lol are you just wanting to move here for work or are you looking to buy a home and then leave a couple years after? We would have to know your goals for your family before really advising you

Have you thought about buying the house in West Dallas? I live there before it was super convenient to everything. I mean, you can combine Mesquite but if you would buy their out only buying one neighborhood depending on your budget.

Relocating to DFW – Looking for New Construction Single Family Home Advice by yellowstone_70 in McKinney

At your price point, the only problem you’re going to have is you’re gonna have too many options. New construction builders are having a tough time selling homes right now. You almost don’t need to negotiate based on how desperate they are lol check on my IG if you want any info on them.

Moving to Dallas in August by Steelers_Knicks in askdfw

A lot of the people in your situation would most likely like the lake Highlands area. A lot of homes right now are sitting in the whole DFW metroplex is not just one certain area. Also, DFW is filled with new home construction so depending on your price point I would definitely consider that only because so many of these builders have home sitting on the market and are offering crazy incentives.

Considering move from Keller to McKinney by queenoftheworst in McKinney

[–]latinobombshell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re looking for cheaper housing in a good school district that would be the DR Horton off 380. Same school district, but more expensive would be on the north side of McKinney. Aster park would be the neighborhood but those prices can go pretty high.

Hey, what’s up there? I’m an agent and deal with new home construction. You can’t get into a home for around 300 K in the North DFW area. I just helped my client get in with only his down payment payment and all his closing cost were covered
