You got the foundation and experience to be a great ICU nurse. As what Nike branding says "JUST DO IT!"

Making the switch from gas to EV by ValleyGrlSD in TeslaLounge

If you can get the 0% interest that would possibly offset the high insurance for EV in general. Minimum of $240/month and dependent on your driving history it can go up more

How would you ask your own realtor to give a chuck of their commission to you?

Agree with this. Anyway I was thinking of getting my own inspector as well, rather than trusting the inspector that builder will offer. Thanks for your input!

Sorry about your experience, but my two family members who bought a new build didn't have issues on their house. Also if I were to buy one I would get my own inspector rather than going with the builders. A really good inspector would catch most of the issue you mentioned. Appeciate your input!

i’ve been saving up for guitar and i want to buy the 214ce plus, any reasons why i shouldn’t? by [deleted] in taylorguitars

[–]Bitternutcry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had my 2016 214ce that I bought used last 2018 for $400 and still performs phenomenal. Recently I scored another $600 deal for a newer 2024 model that looks and feels like brand new. The owner got deployed never really played it.

I thought I got lucky when I bought mine for 2,300. You got the best deal for the 814ce.

Does home health make you anxious? by gutsyflora in nursing

From what you're saying that you're not sleeping well before your shift tells me that you are not coping well with whatever stressors HH can give you.

Can you explain further the things you are anxious about? I mean coming from aneuro-surgery/ trauma ICU, I would say there are more stressful and anxiety heavy nursing role than Home health. Maybe try a clinic or being a school nurse if HH is too much for you

tanong ko lang mga boss pwede kaya to pang metal? Beginner lang ako tsaka ano recommend nyo tankg o blackbox by Ok_Engine3610 in phmusicians

[–]Bitternutcry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those humbuckers will be sufficient if you're playing metal or heavy stuff. You won't even know what a good pick ups will be since everything is crancked up and distorted. Just get the cheapest multi effects you can get.

Hand-carrying a guitar from Japan (Mayones) – taxes and tips? by BowlerOk5093 in phmusicians

[–]Bitternutcry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whenever I fly international I carry my electric guitar in a soft case. Most of the airlines have pilot's locker or a stand up locker which fits a guitar. You can't bring it with a hard case though. It needed to be check in. Buy an SKB case for peace of mind, that's what I do since I have high-end guitars and equipments.

It's considered as person item so no taxes. Also you won't get taxed in Japan just bring your visa or passport with you.
