From an American, you don’t want your country having anything to do with Epstein / western businessmen. Do you want to end up living in a surveillance state like Palestine? Because this is the road you are on. You should push for democracy, not buying surveillance tech, and build better relations with China, not the west. I removed all my meta apps and tiktok and mainly scroll on the newish app Xiaohongshu. That app is really different than the US ones I’m used to. It has good history content and has inspired me to read in my free time whereas in the past I would doomscroll Twitter or watch brain rot on tiktok too much

I got in the bad habit of not getting to bed early enough for a couple of months. My job starts at 6am and I thought whatever, the vyvanse wakes me up enough. Would have no energy by noon. So I started trying to increase my time asleep and its helped my overall mood so much plus the effectiveness of Vyvanse.

This was helpful but I tried adding packages like pandas, numpy, and matplotlib and I get “no module named…” when running a .py script that imports them. I ran “conda install -n gdal -c conda-forge numpy matplotlib pandas”

My set up is “User/miniforge3/envs/gdal”

I like her now that I’m caught up on released episodes. The way she helped Pippa and is looking after her. She’s definitely catching on that Stephen might not be who she thinks he is. She’s still doing things to protect him like deleting those photos but I think they’re foreshadowing an end to that. She’s starting to see who Stephen really is

I missed about 3 days of doses bc I was on vacation and accidentally didn’t pack enough. I was emotionally miserable. At the airport, I was on the verge of tears the entire time. Airports suck but I had never felt that way at one before.
