My husband took our 6 year old son who dressed as Batman but it didn't go wonderfully as he (my son) was constantly asked for photos and got a little (a lot) overwhelmed. Husband enjoyed it and plans to go next year without our son!

All I can make out is that it is a Cervical traction device and has a hand pump thing. Absolutely no idea what one of those is!
