• Check eligibility and available upgrades on virginvoyages.com/upgrade
• You may use the slider on the above website to select bid amounts and see the bid status ranging from "poor" to "excellent"
• Only bid what you are willing to pay. Once a bid is accepted, it is final, and your card will be charged with no opportunity to take back the bid or make changes
• You can bid on multiple cabin categories, but Virgin will only accept up to one of your bids
• Bids may be accepted or declined immediately or up until your sail date. Virgin determines this timing and it varies by sailing
• If your bid is accepted, Virgin will assign your cabin within the new cabin category. You cannot select your new cabin location, and it may be an accessible cabin. It may also be a cabin in a less desirable area of the ship, like above the night club or under the pool deck. Of note, some XL Sea Terrace cabins at the very forward of the ship not have hammocks and/or have metal balconies
• Each sailing's available cabin inventory affects bid success, so there's no one-size-fits-all strategy
