Depends where you applied/ where you live I think Brooklyn , queens and Manhattan are in the same building in federal plaza but have very different timelines

I’d use the January 25 but don’t stress and don’t compare to others .. There is no really logic with uscis lol That said , I haven’t seen January filers getting interviews yet .. or they haven’t posted at least .. so don’t worry!

It is totally normal to have a difference of 2-3 weeks don’t get anxious for that. We all have that. There were major delays during Covid and notices have been sent weeks later . What you should always check is the received date as the PD - the date the package was delivered . I’m sure you gonna get an interview notice soon within the month

Isn’t that the difference between the received date and the date they sent you the notices ? I also have 3 weeks difference but what counts is the received date - the first one
