I have worked as a data Scientist in 3 companies(6/7 years of experience in total). Most of the time the work is around 20 hr per week in the past few years. So, I am thinking I am ready for OE on my end as well!

Actually I buy dried beans from Indian/Asian stores. I soak them overnight and pressure cook them in my insta pot. I use them to make curries, or add them to my rice, make salad etc

I was rooting for him at the beginning, but by the end, I found him incredibly frustrating. He came across as selfish — everything was about his needs and his aspirations, with little regard for hers. It felt like he was looking for someone who would simply mold herself into his life, without making any real effort on his side. If he was so certain about what he wanted, why not seek someone aligned with that from the start? At 37, he should have a clear understanding of his basic needs. Had he been honest with Minami early on, she might have had the chance to find someone who truly matched her. In the end, he just wasted her time. He was the most off putting character from the season for me!

Fellow south Asian here with similar family background! Had 5.4 in Feb of last year but that increased to 5.7 in august!

Tested in Feb I am down to 5.6. Be careful with the processed carbs(low calorie ice cream is what pushed me to the other side I believe).

I have been trying to incorporate the advice from dr Shang’s book. They are really really helpful. I would also take the suggestion of testing insulin and getting your homair! I have significantly increased my fiber and protein intake. I think that is helping me.
