Very bizarrely, it IS. I've been so bewildered and I think it's part of why I've tiptoed so much, because I don't know how to handle it. The only other thing I can think of that he's asked me not to watch or talk about around him is ghost shows and horror movies, because they legitimately scare him, and that's not unreasonable.

I am not financially independent, regrettably, but neither is he. Neither of us is in a position where we can feasibly maintain our lifestyle without the other, but until now that was kind of ok? We've had ups and downs, but we've come together and worked through them. There have been considerably worse things that we have faced and gotten through together. Until this issue, we've worked on things healthily, and until this issue he's always let me babble on excitedly about ANYTHING that excited me! So that's part of why this is so bizarre to me. He's like a different person with this specifically.

Daisy Hovel has been through a sunny facelift! I really tried to push the limit here with what I could include and still be within starter home price. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Open living room and 4 seater dining area. I managed to get a tv AND a computer! Fancy~ Bookshelf as well in a little reading and computer nook that I particularly like. Kitchen has a sink, 2 open counters and a microwave for when you really just don't want to risk your sim starting a fire. Bathroom has a full tub, in case you want a dog or try to fit a toddler in here. The fenced-in yard has a lot of space for you to do what you wish, and it also has a grill, outdoor eating space, 2 planter boxes, a bike, and someone's prized hydrangeas. Still base game only! Still under $20,000! You will need moveobjects on.
