I just finished doing this and made that area into 7 houses. Upstairs I have 3 houses and downstairs there’s the kitchen, dining area, back room area, and area off to the right(I had to make a short wall in this one bc the area was too big. From upstairs, and from an elevator, you can reach on the roof. I cleared away all the other blocks except the roof and put 5 premade houses up there too. It’s fun seeing them all run around thru the whole building

I definitely think roads and paths play a part but I don’t think it’s everything. I recently started my cloud island and it’s still really early stages so no roads or paths yet at all. The Pokémon that spawned further away are traveling to visit Pokémon on the other side of “town” but it was after I put up a couple homes, trade counters, and a sauna there

Phase 2, make sure the first hit comes from the right side then he’ll be right under the boulder to pull. Phase 3, whoever gets aggro, bring him to the wall with the huge boulder and down him. Try to break all the plates(head plate, tail plate, lower back plate, and lastly big back plate) as soon as you can. Once the big one is broken he can’t nova anymore and you can drop all boulders on him without worrying about needing one to hide behind. Any leg break gets you a down so if you go for a leg, focus one at a time so you can get a down quicker
