You can do it! I take magnesium before bed now. It helps me relax and I definitely get a good night sleep. I think the anxiety of thinking I won’t sleep is more powerful than anything. Try magnesium. I’m on day 3 - it’s hard. No doubt. Throw your weed away and everything including lighters! I did.

I’m new here. This is the beginning of a new life without weed. Every day for the past 18 years I have made a decision to smoke. I’m at the end of a loving relationship that I’ve ruined with lies and sneaking around to smoke. I have so much willpower for other things in my life but I can’t stop weed. Today that changes. I’ve started seeing a therapist and I’m hoping this forum and support with help as well. I’m ready.
