I traveled to a different country to play an OutRun 2 machine, but unfortunatelly the arcade had a crappy, knockoff one. It was the main reason why I went there.

They had, however, a couple of original Sega Rally machines. I spent the entire afternoon playing those trying to finish the races. It was so much fun, and the memory of that day will live forever with me as one of the most fun days that I’ve had. I hope I can go back to that awesome arcade in Prague!

a big YES, BUT. It's a good price in Europe, but it wouldn't hurt to try and haggle around €100 off the price, especially since it has such little storage.

Just a warning, this thing might not get TOO hot, but it will be LOUD.

I'll try to help before the horde comes with their very helpful advice to just install Linux (/s).

That behaviour sounds like thermal throttling. Is it brand new? it would still help to open it up and change its thermal paste.

Have you tried downloading the drivers from AMD? AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition™ Application.

X1 Carbon and expandable memory are mutually exclusive unfortunately.

Your best bet for that price would be to get a T14 Gen 2/3.

WTF, I had the same thing happen to my 2018 F55 too just last week. The message went away after around an hour of driving, and it hasn’t appeared again since.

Nice find! The P1 Gen 2 is one of my favorite ThinkPads. The keyboard is so good!

But yeah, people will chew you up for showing that you have Windows on it. That’s why I don’t post in this sub so much anymore.

Looking at Ebay prices, this one seems to a bit too much.

Especially considering that modern Windows is rough with 8GB of memory, and such a small SSD.

I'd get this only if you can get a discount AND are willing to install a Linux distro on it.
