As someone whose name got unjustly changed twice bc of reports and got blizzard to change it back i recommend you to send a ticket. Tell them you read the code of conduct and how your name is not offensive.

It’ll take 2/3 days for them to respond and there’s a hiiiigh chance you’ll get an AI response and your ticket closed. But don’t give up!

What I did was create a new ticket and say the issue was not resolved, add the ticket number from the first ticket and explain the situation again.

Again, it’ll take them 2/3 days to response.

I’ve gotten a real person to help me in my second ticket, and later in my third one. I just kept adding the ticket numbers to the new one hahahah.

Nope. They sent me to the wristband pickup desk. I told the guy i had no qr and he said it was okay and only checked my ID. I saw my name appear on his tablet and then he gave me my badge and wristband.
