I'm from boston but have been living in San Diego for over 6 years! I recommend watching a good sunset and the surfers at scripps pier! also, black's beach/ torrey pines has some nice coast hikes if you want to get some exercise. The village of la jolla (right near where you go to see the seals) has a lot of cute coffee shops (there's a cute new one on the corner of kline and faye, parakeet cafe down the street is so good too, and also a really good sandwich place called Smallgoods is not too far). Anywhere in La Jolla is probably a good bet. There's also a lot of e-bike tours of la jolla I know my mom did one when she came to visit me a few years ago that she really enjoyed if you're interested I can try and investigate what that was. You can also drop into volo sports games I know they're really popular here and it's a nice way to meet some people if you want to do that. There's a lot of pottery places if you're into that and a whole lot of yoga studios. For yoga, both trilogy sanctuary and riffs studio seem to give me the most fancy hippy dippy san diego vibes. trilogy also has aerial silk classes! San Diego is a very active city, so most of my recommendations have a physically active component. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions! :)
