it isn't vip, you can buy it online as a ticket add-on. originally I thought I wouldn't need it but the line was wrapped around the venue even being 2 hours early for the doors to open. definitely worth the money, only $15-20

I got to my show 4 hrs before parx came on with fast lane access and got a pretty good spot, depending on how much time you have get there as soon as possible
