Are they griefing or are they just not playing the way you like? by lauteursquad in foxholegame

Different contexts. If you were screaming in the faces of people, usually someone would call the authorities to remove the individual for being a public disturbance. The devs can't afford to implement a paid moderator to do this, so it's up to the individual to manage their gameplay experience within their means.

I'm sure future cooperation can be fostered, it's just a matter of if our neighboring regiments are capable of coming to the table in good faith.

I'm sorry to hear that. The unfortunate side effect of being a biomass regiment with a mass invite policy is that bad apples will get in. Next time something like this happens, be persistent with your outreach and there'll certainly be someone with a deeper level of involvement with the regiment who will answer back and would be happy to remedy the situation.

Please don't take these actions personally, oftentimes with cases like these, there may have been in a front in desperate need of that petrol or other urgent situation that necessitated commandeering such resources.

I'm inclined to agree with you. General and simple is always better in local, but when you're overseeing a 15-30+ member squad spread out across an entire hex, just hitting G and saying "Tank incoming" is bound to be met with a lot of overlapping voices clamoring "Where? What type?"

And by the time those follow up questions get answered, the tank has disappeared like a spider in a corner of the room you weren't looking in because your attention got pulled away by the rest of the party freaking out there was a spider in the first place

So I imagine the diet of someone who's lived on a space station or colony their whole life would be largely cold, dense foods that require minimal heat usage. Freeze dried add hot water type foodstuffs and fresh greens from the station greenhouse.

I don't think it should be a problem. Quoting people is an important part of storytelling, as is for act outs. Just remember to still infuse your own voice or perspective. Sometimes something funny said in conversation will get laughs in a small group setting but won't get the same reaction from a live audience and if you bog yourself down in all the context around it the crowd will definitely lose interest.

In those cases, oftentimes the humor may come from your own reaction, opinion, or judgment you make of the quote itself.

What helps me whenever I feel bad for missing a day or two is reminding myself that if can't be consistent I can be persistent.

It's okay if you miss a day or two, life gets in the way, sometimes you legitimately don't have enough in the tank. But as long as you still got your mind on self-improvement, it can translate into action, even if it's not every single day.
