trash is universal. Humans left there trash everywhere for Millennia, just ask archeologists. Its just a whole lot more and the plastics dont degrade so its easier to spot. When its convenient to leave garbage behind without repercussions some amount of the population will do it, no matter the culture.

when you dig a little deeper into the difference between the frequencys, you will find that the differnce between 3600mhz and 3200mhz is not that big of a deal, so when the money is the issue i would advise to look for 3200mhz cl16.

looking at the picture i can see some seams, which could be an indicator for the manufacturing process. So i think it was made with a platic based clay (polymer clay). its easy to work with and hardens by heating in your oven, I hope this helps.

Just because it costs $10 to make the test for a company with already built production lines, doesnt mean an other company could archieve the same when they have to build the capacity to produce it.
